Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBLE AREA (DEFINED BELOW) AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1.Sponsor: Alexander Wang LLC, 139 Beekman St, NY NY 10038 (“Sponsor”).
2.Eligibility: To be eligible for the “Alexander Wang Pop Up Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”), as of the start of the Promotion Period (defined below), participants must (i) be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) be at least eighteen (18) years old, (iii) have an Apple iPhone, and (iv) be physically located in New York, New York (the “Eligible Area”).
Officers, directors and employees of AW Licensing. (“Sponsor”) and its partners, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to enter or win. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Instagram. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3.Timing: The Promotion starts on December 6, 2024, at 2:30 Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 8, 2024, at 3:30 ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be three (3) separate “Entry Periods,” as defined below:

Note: All times Eastern. Sponsor shall be official time keeper. Entries received outside of Entry Periods will not be eligible.
4.How to Enter: At the start of each Entry Period, Sponsor will upload a new post on the Instagram account @alexanderwangny with information about the next Promotion prize and drawing (each, a “Promotion Post”). To enter, participants must be physically present in the Alexander Wang Soho Store on the Drawing Date and Time.
5.Winner Selection & Notification: Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent will randomly AirDrop a prize notification to one (1) potential winner per Entry Period from among all eligible entrants. Failure to respond to the prize notification or failure to accept the prize may result in the selection of an alternate potential winner. Where permitted by law, potential prize winners may be required to submit a publicity release and limitation of liability. Failure to complete such documents may also result in the selection of an alternate potential winner.
Limit: Prizes are limited to one (1) per person during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning the Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be deemed to be the natural person assigned the iPhone account associated with the entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, including those related to cellular service or Internet connection.
6.Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Three (3) winners will receive a prize as follows:
a.December 6, 2024: one alexanderwang heiress bag, a value of $695.00.
b.December 7, 2024: one alexanderwang heiress bag, a value of $695.00.
c.December 8, 2024: one alexanderwang heiress bag, a value of $695.00.
Aggregate ARV of all prizes potentially awarded: $2,085.
Actual retail value may vary and Sponsor will not award the difference between the ARV and actual value. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. All details of any prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to not seek an alternate potential prize winner in the event that the individual originally selected is disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities arising from this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7.Release: By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified by the Sponsor in the notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.License: By accepting any prize, participants grant to the Sponsor the right, without limitation, to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, entry and/or prize information in connection with the Promotion for promotional, advertising or other purposes, and to display the selected entry in any media now known or hereinafter developed. Participants further agree to grant to the Sponsor a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to reproduce and use the entry for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission, including but not limited to an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to assign, sub-license, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, copyright, create derivative works or otherwise exploit the entry for commercial or non-commercial use, and without compensation to the participant.
9.General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from all non-suspect entries received prior to such event. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
10.Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, Internet connections, social networking websites, or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials; (5) late, lost, deleted, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
11.Governing Law: Except where prohibited, each participant hereby agrees by participating that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of participants, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York.
