online return policy
All orders placed and delivered between November 15, 2024 and January 1, 2025 could be returned for a refund until January 15, 2025.
This Return Policy applies to orders placed on the Alexander Wang website (alexanderwang.com). Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. While we are unable to offer exchanges currently, we are happy to accept your return and provide a refund if you are not satisfied with your order.
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, the product must be shipped back to us within the following timeframes: within 14 days of the delivery date for non-damaged goods and within 30 days of the delivery date for damaged goods. Damaged goods are those that are materially damaged or have material defects when received by you.
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
• The product has not been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged by you.
• The identification tag is still attached to the product.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please note that, unless the product is damaged, the following products cannot be returned:
• Sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, where return is unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as bathing suits or underwear.
• Items marked “Final Sale” (or similar) on the Alexander Wang website, subject to applicable law.
• Products which are made to your specifications or personalized for you.
To initiate a return, please use the pre-paid return label included in your order, if applicable, and drop off your package at a DHL drop-off location. If you lose your pre-paid return label, please contact customer care at: customercare@alexanderwang.com. If no prepaid label was included in your order, please contact customer care. If you do not use the pre-paid return label that we provide or otherwise follow the instructions from customer care, Alexander Wang is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs during the return process. Once your package reaches our warehouse, your return will typically be processed within five to seven business days, but please understand that delays are possible when we are processing a higher than usual volume, such as during peak times. If your return does not meet the requirements of this Return Policy, as determined by Alexander Wang in its sole discretion, the package will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund. Once your return has been accepted and processed, it typically takes about an additional three to seven business days for your refund (depending on your bank) to appear on your original payment method, though it may sometimes take longer for various reasons, including processing times at your financial institution. We are unable to refund any other payment method than the method used for the order. Subject to applicable law, your refund will not include shipping charges incurred during checkout.
