Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in this activation (the “Activation”) and the collection of any prize is limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required prior to award of any prize. Employees of Alexander Wang LLC (“Sponsor”), and other companies associated with the promotion of the Activation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. This Activation is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Activation, each participant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions, which govern the Activation and the awarding of a prize.

2. The Activation will take place between April 26, 2025 at 11 AM and April 26, 2025 7 PM (the “Activation Period”). During the Activation Period, you must scan a QR code placed at various locations in and around New York, New York. The QR code will take you to a landing page, which will contain a physical address (the “Address”). Once you arrive at the Address, you must provide your email and phone number and opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor which shall be collected for marketing purposes (the “Opt-In”). Once you Opt-In you will receive a prize. A participant may only redeem one prize.

3. Although it is free to enter, standard message and data charges may apply.

4. By entering the Activation , the participant consents to the use of his or her name and/or photograph in any publicity, publications, promotional and marketing material, advertising, and any other print materials, web pages, electronic or other communications published or distributed by Sponsor. You hereby waive any claims against Sponsor in this regard.

5. A participate will not be eligible to receive a prize after the conclusion of the Activation Period.

6. Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters related to the Activation , including the awarding of prizes, and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any participant or by any third party.

7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

8. Participants are solely responsible for their conduct during the Activation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems a participant to have in any way acted improperly or in bad faith with respect to this event, such participant shall consequently be deemed ineligible to win a prize.

9. By participating in the Activation, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection with or relating to the Activation, including, but not limited to the acceptance of a prize.

10. All winning participants shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of a prize.

11. Sponsor reserves the right and sole discretion to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice to participants.

12. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Activation for any reason and without prior notice to participants.

13. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York and jurisdiction over any and all disputes shall be exclusive to the state and federal courts in New York.
